Winflash was stuck in a loop. I finally got it to stop. On reboot it will not even get to the Bios. Is there any way get it back to the previous Bios?

If the system is bricked from a bad flash, then no. Remove the main battery and AC adapter, and press + hold the power button for a few seconds to perform a power cycle. If this doesn't get you back in, you can remove the CMOS battery to reset everything. Hopefully this gets you back into the BIOS setup.

Tried all this with no luck. Is there any connections I can jump to rest the BIOS?

You cannot since the BIOS is already bricked, so the last resort is to contact ASUS to repair under warranty, or ask for a repair quote if it's out of warranty.

Unfortunately these boards do not have a header for this. Your board probably needs serviced if you can't reset nor reflash it.

Basically, the bricked BIOS no longer having a valid bootblock thus why no self-recovery can be performed.
