    In Jerusalem right now, room temperature is 28-30C

    two hours of GTA IV- my 9800 GS has hit 97 max and averaged 93.

    Idle at 60-63.

    Normal?

    Yes it is a little hot. Try keep it below 85c if you are gonna play for long periods.

    Point your fan to your notebook or buy a cooling pad.

    That also depends on the computer, some will run hotter than others.

    If you haven't cleaned the dust from the fan and heat radiator for more than a few months, then doing that may also help with the temperatures.
