    Meaning, is the GPU replaceable or not? I read the CPU is, but not sure of the graphics card.

    The only way you can replace the GPU (with the same 9500M GS) is to replace your entire motherboard.

    No, they are only available directly from Asus. They don't list them on their estore, but if you give them a call, they should be able to arrange one to be shipped to you.
