    Howdy folks,

I just got my A8Js yesterday and am having issues with the built in Intel wireless card. Basically, I keep getting knocked off my gaming session in WoW while everyone else I speak with is having no issue. I get outrageous ping times (in the 1000+ ms) and finally just crash and burn.

I'm using a DGL-4300 dlink "gamer" wireless g router and it always worked fine prior to now. I have the latest firmware installed (1.7 i think) for it as well.

I really can't think of what else to do other than go wired, which for my particular situation, isn't really an option.

Has anyone else had issues with the built in wireless in the A8Js?

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks in advance.

Also try updating your drivers and firmware if possible.

the intel 3945 min pci e card is in about 95% of notebooks sold in the last year
I would describe its range as bad for modern wireless its about like a wireless card from 3 years ago.
I would turn off the intel wireless program and net4gear and let windows own wireless program work

then look at the signal strength and properties and see if the data is coming

See if its a problem with reception first I suppose.
