I installed router features so I can go to the internet with wires. I don't know where I need to enter Network name and Password in notebook. Maybe some programm is not installed?

I'm guessing you mean without wires(wireless) if your setting up your router

Make sure your laptop is in range and wireless is turned on
In the bottom-right corner there is a icon with that looks like a computer screen
    Hover over that and right-click
From the menu that pops up choose Connect to a network
A list of available wireless networks will appear
Right-click on your network and click properties from that menu
This will open a security page to enter your network password..

    Hope this helps..

Sorry, i just cant understand your problem exactly..

Ok you have a router with an Ethernet cable connected to it??
Have you a wireless network set-up??
Or have you the Ethernet cable plugged into the laptop directly??

I think you are asking how to set up your router? It may depend on your model, but on my Netgear I connect the router to my laptop with an Ethernet cable. Then on the bottom of the router there is a URL address that I type into my browser and it brings me to the configuration pages in my browser. Other routers may require a program on a CD that comes with the router.
