I currently own a HP DV2500t, and I was looking at a notebook on newegg, the ASUS F8 Series F8Sn-C1.

I like the 14.1 inch screen on my HP, and I like the screen size because its pretty portable to me. Does anyone know how much bigger this Asus is?

The only reason I'm looking at other laptops right now is that I have a pos NVIDIA GeForce 8400m GS card, and this notebook has a NVIDIA GeForce 9500M GS which should be a vast improvement.

I'm struggling to see which is a better laptop if I wanted a portable gaming notebook between the Dell XPS M1330 and this Asus.

I just don't want a thick laptop cause the size of the Dell is pretty sweet.

    Asus F8Sn: 34.0 x 24.4 x 3.72 cm
    Dell m1330: 31.8 x 23.8 x 3.38cm

Basically, it boils down to performance Vs portability.
Keep in mind that the m1330 also has the 8400m GS, so you probably won't see much improvement in gaming compared to your HP.

yea, except my HP has the 64mb ddr3 version and the dell has the 128mb ddr3 version.

Do you happen to have a comparison between the Asus and the HP?

Well, the Asus has the 9500m GS while the HP has the 8400m GS.
In 3dmark06, the Asus will score about 4100 at the default 1280x1024 resolution. And according to the HP dv2500T review, the HP scored 1077.
