I really like the Asus F3SV-A1 so far, but there is one thing that is sort of getting on my nerves.

The headphones don't seem to go in all the way. They work, but they're sort of hanging loosely.

Is there something I'm doing wrong? Or is everyones like this?

    Thanks

Yes, I've tried 3 that have been "different" sizes.

They all fit into my old laptop and my stereo fine, just not here.

We have a F3J, and the plug goes all the way in, I would assume the F3S would be that same, does it sound like stereo both left and right chanels working?

yes, the sound is fine. It's just really loose. One small motion and it is knocked out

It is very likely that you got a slightly defective jack that could be easily fixed if it was not so hard to get to in the first place. Even if you open the laptop up, the jack is usually enclosed. You might try prying it open, but I would contact your warranty provider about the issue first.

did you try to push it harder? and see if it seats in all the way??

I have some adapters that are a really tight fit and it will go halfway in like that and work, but if you push harder it seats all the way and is a nice snug fit.
