Anyone know a way to manually modify the speed of the fan on these laptops?

I want to turn it so the fan spins higher longer to keep it a bit cooler.

I mean I am sure the made this thing good, but its not that loud so I rather set the fan speed higher.

    Thx

To my knowledge, fan speed is BIOS controlled, and none of the usual fan control software will recognize the newer Asus systems for at least the past 18 months.

Trust in the Asus engineers - they set speed/temp thresholds for a reason, and from experience around here the past few years they are pretty conservative when it comes to that, often lowering the thresholds with BIOS revisions (a source of annoyance for those who keep their notebook bios aggressively up-to-date).
