I was wondering if anyone knew if it was possible to tweak what is displayed on the little screen... The battery is cool and all and the bar showing me how much memory I am using sweet lol, but I want something useful, maybe putting something like dual "speedometers" to guage my resources.

I think it would be cool if asus had some apps that were downloadable or a forum type of thing for community creation...

If anyone successfully creates a custom app let us know how you did it!

But in the mean time jsut thought I would share my thoughts with the other G50 owners!

They have been working on it for the G1S for a while see the thread where it says something about customizing the OLED screen.

As for now nothing for the G50 but since they made so much head way with the G1S maybe what they have done can easily be transferred over.

You should definitely look at the G1S OLED thread. They did quite impressive stuff over there (Predator_MF, mostly).
