    DOA/RMA Turn Around Time

    Has anyone had experience with Asus' RMA/DOA department? What's the general turn-around time after they receive the notebook? Just sent my W90VP in to get a replacement since the graphics cards seemed to be a bit wonky; curious to know how long I have to wait till I can get my tank of a notebook back.

    Mine took 4 weeks 3 days until my replacement was shipped.

    Normally it is faster though? I really don't kinow only dealt with them once.

    Mine was like 1 - 2 weeks, only because I sent it on the weekend and the model I RMA'ed wasn't produced anymore so it took yet another day to say I wanted the newer model they offered me. Also they gave me free overnight shipping, which I think everyone gets. Overall it was a good experience.

    roughly 3 weeks only because they had to wait on parts from taiwan. free overnight shipping when it was done
