    Cant detect a device on A8Js

    I just installed Vista 64
    There is still a device which cant be installed and is coming as unknown device in Device Manager.
    I have attached a picture of Device Manager showing the product location and ID

    I think that's a Bluetooth device. Not sure though. I about to install Vista x64 on my A8js.

    Ive already installed Bluetooth Drivers and bluetooth seems to be running fine

    But yeah one thing is funny, on RivaTuner I cant see the fan controls, maybe this is the driver of the monitering device

    I've never managed to see fan control in in rivatuner... But did you use the toshiba drivers or the built in vista ones?

    The built in one doesn't support every function, and they'll end up as unknown devices. Try the latest toshiba ones, they can be found here

    and about the FAN controls......how come you cant see the fan controls??
    its there on the next tab of your overclocking settings

    I have no idea. I've tried it several times, with different drivers and OS's. Never worked.

    hmm interesting.......and what drivers do you think are the best for VIsta 64
    Im talking about forceware drivers

    I'm gonna use 163.69. They're the latest WHQL drivers, and they have good performance.

    OK I installed Toshiba Drivers.........still no help
    I also did the latest INF Update.........still no help

    2 Bases system devices on PCI bus 6, device 0, function 3 and PCI bus 6, device 0, function 2 and a unknown device on on Intel(R) 82801GBM (ICH7-M/U) LPC Interface Controller - 27B9 (the one you have).

    I think you need to install the camera........and also try an INF update maybe it will help

    I thought i had installed the camera. And I've run several inf-updates now. Still not working
