    Ok here's the scenario..

I installed Windows Ultimate on my V1s and select drivers and apps from the V1s driver disk earlier today. I decided I would create a 'root' account with admin privileges and create another regular account for myself to use in day to day use-like I do in Linux. I created the Admin account just fine and installed most of the stuff I wanted to install and created my regular account according to plan. I tried to 'switch user' to that account so I could set it up like I wanted to and I could not login at the login screen. I just keep getting an error from windows saying " the system cannot interpret the configured cipher algorithm'
I figure it has something to do with encryption or somehow security related but a Google search has not been helpful.

Edit: I figured it out: The Asus Security Protect Manager software was the culprit. I disabled it in the Admin account and that solved the problem! Eh!
