    Hey guys,im searching for a cable to connect my laptop to my 27 tv,i know my laptop has hdmi,also my tv,so then i need an HDMI cable,but the problem is that when i type HDMI on officedepot y get many results (note im not from USA)

    Here are the ones i think may work,could you tell me wich of these would work or point me to wich one would it be..?

    Other TV i had came with HDMI cable that worked with my brothers lap,but it didnt look any similar to the above ones..

    Don't buy any fancy and expensive HDMI cable (specially Monster), that's almost a scam. Buy any generic $30USD cable and be happy.

    hey guys, idk why i would ever do this, but i have my tv hooked through an hdmi cable to my 52 inch 120 hz plasma tv... but could i hook my tv up to play though my computer through the hdmi cable? i know that sounds super stupid considering i have a sick tv, but idk im just wondering and it sounds sorta cool to have a laptop/tv.

    All of the ones you've linked will work. HDMI cables are approximately all the same. Buy the cheapest one you can find.

    bsbear, I'm afraid not, because the HDMI ports in our notebooks ( I use my 32" LCD TV as monitor at home) are video/audio out, not in.

    J4K, I live in Brazil, and there are several generic brands of hdmi cables available in electronic shops. I don't think it will be that difficult to find them, wherever you live.

    I will second the awesomeness that is monoprice. I have ordered lots of cables from them and they all were crazy cheap and of great quality.

    Unless you are getting something like a 15 foot hdmi you shouldnt be paying any more than $10 shipped for a cable. Amazon has them for like $5 and they work fine - and the 15 foot one I bought so I can sit it back from my tv in dual view was 11 or 12 dollars...
