does anybody know of a reliable site to get a CPU fan replacement? The one on my W7Sg is going and i'd like to keep this laptop for a while longer.

Not sure how reliable the first couple results from Google are since when I searched reviews for these sites, they weren't that good:
    salebatt.com
    batterystyle.com
    ownta.com
    best4deal.com
    laptopcpufan.com
    batterycentury.com

If you are from the US, you should pick the one that is being shipped in the U.S or the one that has the better warranty.
