    i have a g1s with Windows vista Ultimate 32

    today im going to get rid of 3 of the bloatware programs
    install avast antivirus
    instal spybot search and destroy
    install microsoft office 2007
    and maybe a firewall if i can find a good one, i was thinking zone alarm, but some people say vista firewall is good for now.

    I think people need to relax in regard to post placement. It is not as though the order of the universe will divulge into chaos. I think people are far more likely to respond to the poster in the asus section. Have you looked at the number of new posts in the software area? Obviously, he could have used the search function, but 90% of questions could be searched. This forum would be rather dull without repeat questions. What if he wanted the opinions of asus users? Perhaps, he trusts this community more than the random posters in the software section.
