    i recently bought a new motherboard for my U50F

    and i just want to know where or how i should be flashing my BIOS, or the steps setting it up correctly thanks!

    If you go to the Asus support website and find your laptop model, there should be a Windows BIOS Flash Utility which you can download and use to flash your laptop BIOS. I've used this utility several times without any difficulty.
