This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Looks like Target is recieving a handfull of Asus notebooks!! I don't know if this is news to anyone, but it is to me.. Seems like Asus is becoming more mainstream, which is a good thing.

    If my memory serves me right, an article posted here or at engadget a few weeks back mentioned something about ASUS new strategy in marketing by having more retailers carry the brand here in the U.S.

    It might be something as simple as Target acting as a reseller now for models that are maybe sold by someone else, but can be purchased through the Target online store.
