So I'm considering to buy a Asus N61JQ-X1 from newegg.ca and I wanted to make sure about the warranty on the item. When I messaged them they said that the warranty on the product is only 1 year. But from what I read from this forums since I lived in CA it should be 2 years for labor and parts + 1 year accident free warranty. So now I'm confuse...

As far as I know the X1 version provides only one year warranty.
