    so the other day i was trying to load songs into my friends ipod. after finishing i kept the computer on to play songs and the next thing you know the computer freezes and the music stops and repeats itself over and over. so i hit the power button to turn it off. i tried to turn it back on but the only thing that lights up is the power button and the record button at the top. the disc seems to be spinning but the screen does not turn on. anybody know what i can do? do i have to send it back to asus to get it fixed? any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks!

    Unplug any and ALL peripherals - remove the battery and unplug the adapter, then hold the power button down for at least 30 seconds to do a hard reset. Put the battery back in, connect the adapter and nothing else, then try and boot.
