    I need a new motherboard. The exact replacement should be 60-N88MB1102-C05.
    Will a 60-N88MB1102-C06 work?

    This type of question is best directed toward ASUS directly since they aren't the same on part number as well as specification.

    It should work, same format, ports, sockets, chipset, but you should compare high res photos to confirm that all the small FPC connectors are in there/in the same place.
