    Asus Mail in rebates?

    Has anybody had luck with the Asus mail in rebates? I bought a G53SW a while back on newegg that had a $100 rebate and sent in the rebate documentation the minute the laptop arrived. I've been repeatedly checking the Asus rebate center and it said the rebate check (or rather Amex card) shipped on 11/2/11, and yet I still have not received anything. I've been trying to call Asus to figure out what's up but I always get the message that all representatives are busy and it hangs up on me...

    I had several ASUS rebates in the past and all reached on time without any issues. If yours is shipped on 11/02 I would blame the postal service. It has been 2 months so far...

    I bought 2 G53sw-xn1 from newegg and received both $100 rebates.

    If they sent you a confirmation that the rebate shipped, the issue is either with the address listed or post office.

    I would contact them about it asap.
