I have an issue on my new G60. Every few seconds or minutes when audio is playing in a game or in say a flash video on the web the audio kind of skips/stutters for a second really quick. I already downloaded the newest Realtek drivers as the ones on the G60 are older and the ones you get from Windows update are old also.

Any ideas? This happens with nothing overclocked. Getting on my nerves. I thought maybe it could be a Intel Sata chipset driver issue but i don't think there are any newer drivers for Win 7 64.

What's your audio output? I don't have this issue. I'm using USB speakers.

Just using the laptop speakers. I do use HDMI and there are no issues going through that. It hasn't done in in the past two hours. Seems random. I may just use USB speakers/headset.

I played a song on Itunes through the laptop speakers just now and didn't encounter any skipping.
