    Sorry to have so many questions, but I just learnt that the W7s-A1w has been discontinued - called 15 stores, and asus will not sell any more. I am not willing to buy outside of Ontario, so that lappy is out.

    Theres a current deal on the F9DC-B1 - it's a 12.1 inch, and I can get it for $1130 tax included.

    As mentioned, I'm interested in something under 5 pounds, reliable, relatively fast. I will upgrade the RAM to 2GB. I don't game at all, just MS office, and surfing...

    Anyone familiar with this laptop, please let me know.

    I hope battery life isn't important to you, because asus + amd = <2 hours of life...
