    Hello All,

What do you think about these nootebooks?
Does anyone have it and can share his experience?

I'm thinking about buying Asus A3 with Pentium M 725 and 512MB of memmory.
I wish to use it for programming, watching DVD's, surf the internet and do office stuff.
    I travel a lot.

Maybe you can propose something else...[ :)]

I've seen the A3 in person...the built in camera is convenient, but the shape of notebook in general is something I don't like. If you, however, like it, then go for it
It should suit your needs VERY nicely...

I would actually recommend the M6BNe more, since you're going to watch DVDs on it...the widescreen does make it look better. But if you dont' like widescreen, then the A3, M6Ne, or even M3Np would be great choices. The M3Np is good since it's lighter than the rest... the A3 and M6 are ~6 pounds, whereas the M3Np is 5. Each pound counts [xx(]

    Thanks for advice [ :)]

...but as far as I know, M6Ne is bigger (354x273x22-34 mm) than A3(328x288x27-38mm) which makes it more inconvenient to carry.

Can you tell me something about screen in A3 ? Is it sharp?

Its not that much bigger, just a bit wider thus the widescreen, and then its thinner and not as deep, oh and weight is about the same. If portability is a main concern I would also go the M5N, the drop in weight and size is a major bonus.
I assume that the all screens would be similar quality. My wifes M2N screen has decent brightness, but not quite as good as a fujitsu or sony, but my M6Ne WSXGA+ screen is much better than the M2N. Best advice I can give is to try and see one instore.
