Anyone know some good alternative notebooks to the M6000BNe? I'm really fustrated that here in Hong Kong, the best configured M6 i can find is equipped with a 1.5GHz chip and 256mb of RAM.

Whats your import tax? Shipping through USPS would be under $100 US, and right now the value of your money is more than ours... so as long as you can get off cheap on the import tax side, there isn't a reason you couldn't build a system yourself or get one from us if you wanted.. especially if you're set on the M6... why get something else?

That does sound good, but i'll have to do some research on the import taxes. Are you located in the U.S or Canada? Also, if i get an ASUS notebook built by you, would the 2 year international warranty still apply?

    Thanks.

Custom built laptops come with our warranty and not Asus'... You can't get a custom M6 anywhere in the world but in the US and Asus won't back them internationally.

    Yes, we're in the US.

Well we still cover the warranty no matter where you are, but if the notebook had to come back for repair, you have to send it to the states. You can email me if you need more information.
