    ASUS warranty at Best Buy only 1yr ?

    Hi,

    I just wondering if somebody has information about ASUS warranty at Best Buy.
    If you goto BB site, all ASUS laptop has only 1 year warranty.
    However if you goto Newegg and Asus site, the standard global warranty is 2 years.

    Has Best Buy miss-type on warranty information(1 year warranty) ?

    Nope, one of the reasons the BB price is sometimes lower is just such nips & tucks. I'm no expert but have read on these boards that the BB warranty is indeed different (and in this case not as good) from the OEM's.

    ok,...BestBuy has 1 year warranty on my Asus.
    However does it cover International warranty ? or just cover in North America ?
