    Hi my eee 1005hab crashed and burned recently. I had to have a new HD but now the Function keys are not working. Can someone assist and Old Crock in reloading the neccessary software. :confused:

    Im not 100% sure but I'm fairly certain that the drivers that work for the the function keys can be obtained by downloading the driver installer here.

    Thanks guys, I am at work at present but will try tonight. I have another question, the guy who repaired my pc installed XP/WIN7 OS, I have never heard of that what do I put in as my OS? :rolleyes:

    OPen control panel- system - This will tell you what Operating System you have.
