    Hello

I have a friend that is visiting from Germany WE are seriously considering re imagining her computer with the same OS (xp).

Since we only have access to re imaging cd's that are not form asus we fear loosing important drivers.

Is there an internet site where i could download the drivers that will be needed?

    Thank you

    Steven

You may have problems using any other XP cd besides the recovery CD. XP installations require the part number of the installation disc to match the OEM part number. Everything will appear to work until you attempt to input the product key. Some models have a recovery partition that will let you restore directly from the hard disk.

I could've directly linked you to the exact page if you specified the model.

    Good luck.
