few days ago I open the laptop and clean it from dust, also I use can duster on fan..... and check the fan inside for small lose parts.. only what I didn't do is to take apart plastic fan from copper pipes.... I dont know are they glued and will I be able to put them back as they should be...

if somebody have any experience or advise please let me know

    Thank you!

Were all the blades intact? It could have become unbalanced (does not sound healthy at all). You may be best of just replacing the HSF assembly, check ebay to see if there is a good deal on one.

I believe that is the only what I can do ... order new fan.
when I checked fan during cleaning, everything look good..
Also I try to move it with my hands and nothing didnt look lose or make any noise.
with compressed air same thing, everything look good, I spend entire gas can but nothing didnt make any bad sound..

It could be an internal issue with the motor itself.
