    ASUS N55S Key Replacement

    I need some help please I have my laptop since Christmas 2011 and today my H key randomly started to be annoying and not work perfectly like the other keys. It doesn't work every time I press it, like If i press it 10 times about 7 will work its really annoying while typing. Please Give me some Advice on what to do. :(

    Here im gonna press it 10 times hhhhhhh I pressed 10 times and it got 3 then 3 stopped and it worked again... I dont have a clue what happened to it.

    Hello my name is Jeffrey and I work for ASUS Customer Loyalty Team

    Have you tried updating the latest bios and drivers.

    If you are still having problems sounds like you may have to send the unit in for repair.

    If you purchase your unit in December of 2011 you are still under warranty that you can send it in for repair if the bios and drivers don't work.

    If you don't know how to do the driver and bios update there is a sticky on how to update drivers and bios.

    Please email me your serial number so I can look to see if you are still under warranty.

    Hello Jeffrey
    I know that the laptop is still under warranty because I got it at Christmas and it has a 24 moths Warranty.

    I also got it at Currys with the breakdown Insurance.

    So would you advice me to take it to Currys and make them Repair it ?
