    ASUS LiveUpdate cannot update

    I installed ASUS LiveUpdate and everytime I try to update the program says that it can't find the file on the remote server, or that it was disconnected from the server, I have tried all three servers in the configuration and I get the same results.

    Ideas?

    Yes, many... but one that is logical. Many, many times around this this time of night Asus' US download servers are shut down.

    It'll only really show NEEDED drivers and software. I've been using that live update for a couple years now and the only time a new bios would show up in it is if the bios was to fix something in the system. Like a bios update for a new wireless card, and only if that new card was already in the system.

    If it's not critical, it won't waste your time.

    Thanks, that did it, funny thing is, I used the drivers from the CD and the only update available (that I can see) is the VGA driver.
