Could someone please clarify if this model has a serial port or not.? I read on the Best Buy website that it has a serial port. The sales guy at Best Buy tells me that it doesn't. I am just a little confused about this now. I need the 9 pin serial port for programming plc's. I have tried a usb to serial but it doesn't work. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks,

    Thomp238

Serial and parallel ports seem to have gone the way of the dodo, at least on laptops. But no fear, you can buy USB to 9 pin serial adapters quite cheaply. They work just fine, we have this setup at work so that we can run two instruments simultaneously.
