Eee Storage is a sort of online hard drive. Data that you put on your Eee Storage drive is stored on a server hosted by Asus. This means that you won't be able to access data from your Eee Storage drive if you're not connected to the internet. The 32GB SSD is the only storage that is physically inside the laptop. I think recently they've changed the name from "Eee Storage" to a less ambiguous "Asus WebStorage". At least, that's what it's called on my Eee PC 1201N.

    Hope that clears things up.

Well, there are some models that have 8GB or 16GB SSD's in the mini-PCIe slots (same slots that WiFi and Bluetooth cards normally go into), and I believe some of these models have normal full-size mechanical hard drives as well.

Maybe...if it's the mini-PCIe variety, I think the largest currently available is 64GB. If it's a regular 1.8" or 2.5" SATA drive, then you should be able to upgrade to any current model for that format, like the Intel X-25M (2.5") or X-18M (1.8") drives. I'm not sure which model that particular Eee PC uses.

Asus Web Storage. When I had my EEE 901, you only had a year of the online storage for free. After that you had to pay. I never used it, uploads were too slow.

Edit: Just checked and I have a Premium account that is still valid and expires July 18th.
