The A2D has the far better GPU, depending on the specific model but most will come with an ATI9600 pro with 64Mb of RAM. The A2H only has a Integrated GPU. Thus it comes down to what you plan on doing with each notebook. If you want to play games then get the A2D, if pure number crunching is your main gig and you don't plan on playing games then get the A2H.
Personally I would get the A2D, i think it offers better value.

Yea im in 1st uni and i thought a laptop would b handy than a computer. so it needs 2 b a all rounder computer. the A25D really caught my eyez 2. i think the only thing it lacks is a wireless card am i correct? but a wireless card isnt that expensive right?. Lets say i buy a wirless card and add it on, would it be hard to configure it up, like 2 use at uni?

It depends on the specific model as to if it has wireless or not, so shop around and try and get one which comes with wireless. As far as I know the A2 series has a standard internal mini-pci slot which you could install a wireless pci card (eg intel 2200 b/g i.store sells them). Although this would be the hard way (under keyboard) and may void your warrenty. The easier alternative would be to get a wireless pcima card which should be around $100.

On a side note the only downside I see with your choice of the A2 series is its weight and battery life aren't the best, so if your planing on taking this to lectures you may want to consider something else.
