    Hi,
I have a problem, with my express card slot for my Asus G1s. Yesterday I misplaced my dummy card (which belongs to my Compaq V3606tx) into my Asus G1S. Now the dummy card in stuck inside because the size is a bit different. Can anyone help me how to solve this problem? thanks.

But there's barely a room for the dummy card to move around inside the slot... i don't think I can't use that kind of thing. Anyone else has any suggestions? or maybe somebody can link me up to the manual to open up the casing?

If all efforts fail at the end maybe I'll just bring it to Asus repair center then...<sigh>

Super glue a bent paper clip to the end of the dummy card and pull. From my experience, the locking mechanism will only prevent express cards from accidently falling out, but enough force will let the lock give. Doing this on mine never broke the lock, but your mileage may vary. :) Good luck!
