    I just puchased my G2s-A1 from gentech... maybe I'll look dumb but what is my proof of purchase when I buy online ?

    I sent mine a while ago with tracking + signature request but the Asus Rebate Section still says waiting.... hm.... I never get my rebates anyway...

    who has a "IN Process" or "Shipped" in the mail in rebate??

    I receipt a mail, informing that the UPC and the serial were not correct.

    i cant find the UPC.

    i want to send the box to show them that i dont have any UPC code :p.

    somebody can give me an exemple of UPC code in a F3SV-A1??

    im going to lose the Mail in rebate :( i have 1 day.

    Mine still says "waiting", but they received my UPC and all because I had the package registered with signature request. This is long... as always. Anyhow, if I do ever get that 90$, it'll be a bonus because I never expect them back.

    A UPC code sorta looks like a bar code and it consists of 12 numbers, see example:

    1 23456 78912 3 (yes there are spaces between the first and last numbers)

    The UPC code would be on stickers that are stuck on the packaging box.

    I think for those who got a return mail, you may want to contact ASUS themselves, because they just so happened to move their HQ during that period from Richmond Hill to Markham. If you have proof(mail with stamp and postage paid stamp from Canada Post), the rebate should be honoured.

    I'm still waiting for the status on mine to update.

    The address on the mail-in-rebate form turned out to be incorrect, so we had it returned back to us.

    Called the ASUS support number, and they told me a different address in Markham Ontario.

    So now it turns out I should be sending it to the California address?
