A question for you guys that surprisingly not a single soul apart from me seem to want to know the answer to: What are the differences between the UX501JW and the UX501VW, other than the latter being released later? I see different things everywhere, so can somebody try to simply inform me on the differences?

I will buy one of them, depending on which is better, as the prices seem to be very equal.

VW is better in all ways, when it works. Right now, triple display has some issues.

Thunderbolt 3 port has 2x bandwidth, and can drive two 4k displays alone, assuming accessories come out later on. Right now, they're very expensive or nonexistent.

However, you can still use cheap usb-c adapters to drive 4k monitors out of the thunderbolt port.

You just have to decide what other specs are important to you.
