Hello!
I bought the Zenbook 14" Q407IQ (2020), which comes with the Ryzen 4500 and NVIDIA MX350.
The laptop is great except for one problem: the WiFi.
My ping is stable most of the time at 30ms, both in games and browsing the web. The rest of the time, it's unstable, with the ping spiking to 300-1000ms and sometimes timing out completely. Sometimes this happens randomly when the laptop is simply idling with no activity, and perhaps more often when the GPU is under load.
I have tried using both the automatic driver found by Win10 device manager for the Intel WiFi 6 AX2000, as well as trying more up to date drivers using the Intel Driver Support Assistant tool. Win 10 is fully up to date, BIOS is up to date.
Does anyone have a solution? Thanks!
P.S. I have another laptop, a 2017 macbook pro, which has a perfectly stable 30ms connection 100% of the time, no issues.

Make sure to right click on the file you just downloaded, go to Properties, then hit Unblock from the bottom right as it may be blocked since it was downloaded from the internet, if you don't do this before you r extract it, then all the files will have a Blocked status and may not be installed properly.
To prevent this automatic blocking of files in the future so you don't have to go unblocking every file you download to ensure it runs properly, follow the guide in this thread:

Also consider updating your router's firmware if there are any updates and if your router has any kind of built in security (such as a TrendMicro Antivirus built in or whatnot) I would disable that.
