This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    I have a GL704GV (RTX 2060 version) and i downloaded the new rom (firmware) from ASUS (listed as "hotfix" and "improved performance"), now my GPU runs much hoter (85 max from 77-78) and makes the CPU throttle all the time, i need the old firmware back (i didn't make a copy).

    If you have the rtx 2060 model (GL704GV) and can help me out please download GPU-z and save your ROM (just 1 click needed to save it), like so:
