The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Yesterday I finally got The C90s! I fckd up vista installation in 20 minutes (everything was working fine) and then i set up XP.. and gave it an ultimate test -> invited some friends for a gaming session.. but in 20 minutes i got a BSOD.. checked out temperatures and whoa.. gpu temperature was on 102 C!!!

    The card is 8600 GT 512 DDR2. Obviously it is faulty.. Judging by the comments on the forum I have a real problem here :(

    But the performance is marvellous..


    P.s. I am running original drivers that came with C90s.. (march release)
