Asus Strix G15LW wifi 6 poor and other issues

Only seeing 300MBS up and down on fiber gigabit. The lan cable produces 950MBS. My Note 10 gets 550MBS in exact same location on same wifi.
Screen very washed out looking on desktop. Panda panel and have not heard good things about them. Surprisingly COD warfare looks decent in game as well as Tomb Raider. Doom 2016 looks bad as the reds look purple.
Some of the preassigned Macro buttons do nothing.
The Armour crate app connected to my note 10 once and now won't connect.
I want to like this laptop but it's hard. Oh and bitlocker was enabled and wouldn't let me boot into safe mode. I wanted to run ddu cleaner.

 

1) It would help if you'd mention what is your WLAN card and driver version

2) If you wanna disable Bitlocker (which I highly recommend as it's a huge performance hog) then copy/paste the following command an an Elevated Command Prompt (run as admin) and hit Enter

Give it a while, it takes time to de-crypt everything

 

THanks for your reply. I have the laptop for another 2 weeks to de-crypt everything. THe longer I use it the better it gets and I realize things I thought were bad problems were not. I did do a clean install of Win 10 and that fixed a lot of issues. One weird thing was even after a clean install on a new M.2 it still encrypted my m.2 with my games on it with bitlocker. THis must be a windows bug because I surely didnt authorize or ask it too. After the clean install the wifi performs as good as any other device I own. THe screen washout is easily fixed by using the Armoury Crate app to change monitor profiles whish is an awesome tool that did not work when I first started the laptop.

It is fairly noisy when the fans run on high compared to my GTX1070 Asus G752VS. I am kinda disappointed with the lack of a SD card reader and THunderbolt [which I have not ever used so far] and no Display port for external monitor for Gsync.

Too bad Bestbuy policy is only 2 weeks as I felt very pressured to make a decision. I had to return and rebuy it to get a bit more time with it.
