Has anyone noticed current/EDP limit throttling (due to iccmax) on this laptop with stock settings (no undervolting, etc)?
-
This is actually the Zephyrus M, not the S version of the laptop. Hopefully you can change the Title, and then receive some feedback to your question. I'm interested in the M version, so I hope you get some answers to your questions soon.

Sorry, I don't have the ability to change the topic Title.
As far as this problem goes, I was only able to avoid it by reducing the core frequency down to about 3.0-3.2Ghz. -
@cf33ee05 which model do you have? The one with the 1660ti?
-
As the picture illustrates, this was happening on the 1660ti version. I've also seen the same Current/EDP Limit Throttling on the Zephyrus GX502GV model; both completely brand new and unmodified.

Yeah cpu power limit throttling happens across all laptops. Some are limited to 45w, some are limited to 65w
You can increase it in xtu. Just drag the power limit short and power limit to 100w.
Btw, can you save a copy of the 1660ti vbios? Just click the button beside the vbios version in gpu z -

And does raising icc max in xtu do anything?
