I know there are also more variants and such so those of you who own them we can add them to list if not here! there is also a rumored Q2 RTX 3050 MQ refresh already planned alongside a RTX 3070 XG Mobile dock for some markets like Japan.

If you are about performance for price, look at the G15 or G14, the X13 fits a lot of special needs, but standard powerhouse it is not.

Now for the downers: Soldered wifi card, ram, and 2230 nvme but otherwise I am very happy with it.

There is currently a release delay for the XG Mobile dock, any bundles it comes with, and a few variants of the laptop itself in a few markets pending July 2021 release. Not all 5800HS SKUs come with the asus MPP 2.0 pen unless you are in Japan! check before you buy if you really want that.

I am surprised with the external 3080 this hasn't been a bigger hit. I almost pulled the trigger but the ssd m.2 being only 2230 form factor kind of ruined it for me.

 

The Razer Blade 14 pretty much killed any momentum this thing might have had.

 

where is everybody this thing is revolutionary with the rtx 3050 ti in it I just want to find the 50W vbios for it that it could totally handle in tent mode!

I have a 40W with +5W Boost, 45W boost BIOS working on this thing. It handles it just fine in my opinion.

 

I was thinking about getting one the razer scars me with one 8GB vram
