Hey all, i have the oportunity to buy one of those 2

    so which would u recommend:

    VX7SX-SZ018V
    VX7SX - 15.6" FHD LED, Intel i7 2630QM (2.0 Ghz), 8GB (4GBx2) DDR3 1333, 1TB (500G + 500G )7200 RPM SSH SATA, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560M GDDR5 2GB VRAM, Windows7 Premium

    or

    G53SW-SZ186V
    G53SW- 15.6" Full HD LED, Intel i7 2630QM, 8GB DDR3, 750GB SATA, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460M GDDR5 1.5 GB VRAM, Gigabit LAN, Wifi N, Bluetooth, Windows7 Premium 64 bits

I guess the main difference is the gpu, which one is better? 460M or 560M =x

Can the G53 hold 2 hard drives?

    Thanks.

I know that if you add an hard dribe, this will break the waranty, and the gtx560m is around 15% better than the gtx460m, the huge differences should be around the price :p

    Hey,

the G53SW can definitely hold two hard drives. Here are some benchmarks where you can compare performance of the GTX 460M vs. the 560M.

    Hope this helps!

Adding a HDD does not void the warranty. :)

Wait; you say the VX7's GPU only has 2GB of vram? Does that mean its bus width has been reduced from 192bit to 128?? If thats the case I would actually go for the G53.

If it's the gimped graphics card in the vx7, get the g53. Else get the vx7 if it isn't too expensive over the g53.

No. Go for the G53 if your GPU is a 2gb 560 128bit one...
