I don't know how it happened, and of course it happens on the day that the BF3 beta comes out. Long story short, it spilled over the three buttons in the top left corner. They don't seem to be working anymore, but when I first tested them they were all out of whack. I'm basically stuck in "Theater Mode" now and can't switch back. Anyone know of a way to change the color schemes without using the buttons? Any other general suggestions regarding this would be appreciated as well.

Edit: the buttons now seem to do random functions when pressed (ie turn twin turbo on, turn off keyboard lights, etc.)

Probably just water conducting which is preventing the buttons working you can disassemble down to the top casing and dry them out. Guide in my sig.

What you need though is Start -> Programs -> Asus Utility -> Asus Splendid Utility.

Thanks guys. I completely forgot about splendid.

Edit: did take it apart and give it a good blow-dry from a safe distance with warm air. Everything is back to normal!

Easy solution whenever you spill liquid on any electronic is to shut down the electronic. Remove the wet object, dry it. Then place it in a bowl for 24 hours with rice. The rice will absorb any other moisture there.

If device still doesn't work properly then you'll have to get it replaced.
