So the last few days I've been playing BC:2, and I've noticed purple and green circles (of differing size) popping up on the screen occasionally. They exist only for like half a second, but it still concerns me. Is this perhaps a driver issue? I should be on 11.1, since that's what I downloaded from AMD a few weeks ago, but GPU-z shows it as 10.12.

Any idea what this might be?

Does it happen in other demanding games? Could be vram... you could try lowering your memory clocks.

If it's only one game it could be drivers -- especially if it didn't happen until you upgraded.

I just reinstalled the driver and it's still happening in BC:2. I'll try some other games and different clocks.

In the mean time, does someone have a 10.10 or 10.11 CCC link handy? :p

Uh, mixed results I think. Tomb Raider Underworld was fine for a while then textures and stuff started messing up and whatnot. I think it's corrupted because it was a download and I had problems with it before. I played some Crysis and didn't have an issue. I think it's this crappy driver that's causing the other issues, I'll have a look and maybe reinstall TRU later.

Sounds very much to me like artifacting, which could indicate potential failure in the future.

I just reinstalled the driver and it seems to still be happening. I'll reinstall TRU later, downloading takes forever.
    Crysis still works fine though.
