Upon boot up, my G73 makes this weird clicking sound for 3-5 seconds and it's coming from the GPU.

Anyone know the problem? Is it life threatening?

Probably the gpu fan. Blow some compressed air in there to see if it changes anything, might be a hair lodged in there or something.

There possible can't be anything in there.

My G73 never leaves my desk and my desk is clean, and I've only had it for a month.

It only did the clicking noise when I booted it up last night and this morning. It hasn't done it this time.

    I'd rather not open it.
