Well besides the webcam being crappy, it constantly detected and then goes undetected on my device manager. From the looks of it, it seems very very random. I have the webcam drivers installed have tried uninstalling and reinstalling different drivers but at the moment, there is no webcam detected on my laptop. Has anyone ever fixed this? I've searched this up but it all leads to dead ends!

    Please and thanks!

    BUMP!

Since I posted this it has not been detected. I am guessing it got disconnected inside the laptop? I don't really want to RMA it, so how hard would it be to get to the laptop connection?

It would require a disassemble ala the BTOTech vid.

This is probably a hardware issue but it may be software/drivers.

One cheap and easy thing to try would be to get a hold of another drive and re-install the os per the instructions in this forum on reinstall and drivers.

At least this way you wouldn't void the warranty. Also how are you testing the webcam?
