    Will an Ibook work with my linksys 802.11 wireless router that I have set up for my Dell PC?

    yes! the new airport is "g" and most are 802.11..


    My ibook connect wirelessly to my netgear router which is connected to my powerbook g3 pismo wirelessly as well as my cyberpower desktop connected via ethernet.

    Yes - as Funnybonz said, as long as the router broadcasts on the same band (A,B, or G), you're fine.
