No war. I run both on my iMac. I only log into Windows 7 when I have to run software for school that didn't come in a Mac version. Since that is about once every week or two, I am forever waiting for Windows 7 to update before I can use it...so I'll keep using OS X which doesn't get pushed new updates almost daily.

And that is any Windows OS...seems odd to me they have to keep pushing out updates to keep the OS working and secure.

i see both win7(or even xp to an extend) is equivalent to os/x(leopard and snow leopard as it doesn't bring much useful improvement yet)

difference is though, if we put vista into the equation, windows 7 is what "finally" work, where as snow lepard is what's work anyways.

why would people goes into heated debate for things that work?

btw. so far with leopard/w7, i like w7 better, i am not sure how SL will change the game though

This thread is rather pointless, they're two completely different operating systems each with their own advantages and disadvantages. If you really want a feel for the OSes, try out OS X at a store selling Macs, and try out Windows 7 after it is released.

Disciplinary action will be taken on your account if you start another thread as such this one.
